Your pup wasn't making a fuss or running loose. Even though they may have a no-pets rule, that doesn't excuse the fact that the manager made you feel extremely uncomfortable.

Even without knowing the person's name, you could name the time of the incident and a brief physical description, and the people in charge will know who he is. If he acts like this with all people that "break the rules", the persons in charge need to know that he is giving Target a BAD NAME, and losing them current and future customers. Hit them in the purse, Val. That's where it really hurts'em!!

I am so sorry that happened to you, Sweetie. That sucks.
