Your husband is right on the insurance for the car, but not if your son will be driving it. If the car is in his name and something happens, all bills will go to him, his fault or not. If the car is in your name, the insurance will cover the other car, but not your's if the driver does'nt have a license.

I believe the car is titled in my husbands name but the his son has seperate insurance policy. His forbidden from driving either one of our cars. His son still has insurance. I guess the insurance company has not caught on that he has no license. He will not be able to get it back unitl Jan of 2007. I don't agree with his son driving without a license.
