OMG, i feel so bad this afternoon.
I was working at the stove and didn't realize that Jill had awakened from her nap. When I stepped to the left I heard a blood curdling cry. I had stepped on her paw. I picked her up right away and told her how sorry I was. She seemed to understand because she gave me kisses. When I scooted her outside she was limping a little but by the time she was ready to come inside, she shot through the door as if it didn't happen. Lesson learned. Keep the door to the expen closed when she is in there sleeping. I know she will let me know when she wakes up!
