Oh wow!! You're not kidding on that price, are you??? My gosh... the price differences between here (TX) and there! WOW! How much scare footage is your side?
And yes, building is a huge stress! We just moved into our custom built home last summer and although I truly loved the whole process, I wish I had more money to make it even MORE custom. I'd do it again but chances are really high we never will since we built on "family land" (his family). At least I won't be doing it again if we stay married!
