They want two years of everything. The first mortgage guy I went with wanted to know when I took my last crap!!
No, but seriously, let me give you some advice...go with the bigger companies (capital one, wells fargo, etc...we went with cap one). The reason I say this is they don't want every little piece of paper! If you go with a mortgage "broker" that's when they want too much and it gets ridiculous.
