I will be worry too if my neighbors larger dog was eyeing my yorkie. I think is safer if you keep them inside when you are not home or build a kennel like Maddy-rudy-mom suggested. I think building the kennel is a good solution, cause that way your dogs dont need to be restarint inside the house and they can go outside when they need too but be protected. Also reinforcing the fence is defenitely something you should discuss with your neighbor. Good luck.
