That poor little baby.
Try a onsie (they have white ones). Cut a little hole in the back for his tail to stick through if he's not "potty" trained (Baby wasn't) and leave the buttons open it'll still cover the wound. Or, if he's trained, just button the onsie. I got the newborn ones at Target. They are cheap, and they work great!
