Right now my guys are still little, I am able to put Ollie's in a band and she now leaves it in all week.
With my previous adult yorkies, I would keep those cut short that want to fall forward, and those that stick up from the nose and poke them in the eyes. The rest of the top I would leave long enough to put in a bow. It's a way to keep it trimmed out of their eyes, but still have some to put a bow in.
I always groom my own. Can't see paying someone to give my dog a bad haircut when I can do it for free. |
