I have tried a few times but to no avail but once I make my move to the WA area Im going to work on it again, here is a link to download a quit meter, it's really cool, shows you how many days of your life you saved , the money spent etc.. how many ciggys you haven't smoked, I was using it and it really helps! good luck! there is also a forum that I was going to for support it's called smoke away, they really helped but I fell off so many times, anyway
