I am reaqding a lot about members using wee wee pads. but is anyone training their Yorkie to go outside. When i first brought Benji home he was soo small (1.9) that I was using wee wee pads. He is now 2.5lbs. Now that he is almost 4 months old and I am training him to go outside. I use the crate a lot. He sleeps in it all night and never soils it. As soon as he wakes up, I take him outside and he goes. I am still working with him not to have accidents in the house. I take him outside frequently. i kinda know the signs that he has to go, shortly after he eats, drinks or sniffs around. What I am wondering is when can I ever expect Benji to let me know when he has to go? Will he ever go to the door on his own?
