Yeah, Oscar is a riot. He is so smart. I know he knows what I want him to do or he would not do it in the end. Just like putting on his harness and leash. He WANTS to go outside and he KNOWS that he has to get his clothes on before he goes. I will tell him "come here" and he just sits about 5 feet away and stares at me. I used to repeat "come here" over and over but now I tell him one time and then sit down and ignore him. He comes to me everytime now, but very reluctantly...I just don't know with him. He is just like a rebellious teenager right now!
