Yep. That's exactly what it sounds like to me.
Especially if she appears to be peeing on him and acting like she doesn't even notice that she's doing it.
I would speak to your vet when you can-you said you're going to call him in the am, keep us posted if you don't mind.
It's been my experience that due to the trauma that the muscles receive during the surgery that this will happen during the healing process and as she regains complete control of her muscles and she's all healed up, this should go away on it's own and in the meantime I would avoid situations that involve you picking her up by putting any pressure on her abdomen, instead scoop her up around her chest and behind her back legs and keep in mind that she might...leak.
