Here in Quebec, prices vary a lot. I got Nuki for $750 CDN and she is registered to the Canadian Kennel Club. But while I was looking around I could see that prices could go from $600 CDN to $3000 CDN.
Those that were closer to $600 CDN were usually not registered and those that were closer to $3000 CDN were those tiny teacup yorkies (which I would never buy, knowing all the health problems those tiny ones might have).
"Pet quality" dogs registered to the Canadian kennel Club can be found for $1000 CDN to $1200 CDN. If you want to be able to show/breed the dog the price will double or even triple. |
