When searching for my first yorkie, I looked all around my area (Richmond, VA) and there really weren't any breeders around here...but out near my in-laws (in Tennessee) we found quite a few. , is AKC, all shots and deworming up to date, and we are paying $800 for her, which my husband's jaw dropped at the cost. I think it's near to impossible to find an AKC female for that price!!
