I have a step in harness for Emmy when taking her out for walks and potty and such. But whenever she sees me pick it up to put it on her she FLIPS out, runs the other way and it is a game of chase to finally get it, then putting the thing on is a FIGHT. Once it is on and we are outside, she runs around does her business and we're ok. The minute I open the front door she stops dead in her tracks and will not move until I take it off. I take it off and she is fine.
I am so sick of fighting with her to get it on, that I have tried to leave it on her for the day. She rubs her back on EVERYTHING and then just lays there and will not move! She acts like she is dying when the thing is on(same with clothes and bows!
) I don't understand the problem and if anyone has suggestions on what I can do to help I would appreciate it!!!
