Hey all. Maybe someone can help me. My yorkie is 10 months, almost 4.5 pounds. She still has some baby teeth that are crowding her mouth (double layers of teeth in some places) and I am sure that's very uncomfortable for her. She wants to chew everything in the house that she can find, and the other day, we woke up to find her eating our wood dressers! My furniture will never be the same. I have bought her the booda cornstarch bones (instead of raw hide which my vet strongly suggests against for her because she's so small) ... and she loved them, but they made her very sick, and the vet said a resultant no to those too. She likes greenies, and she will sometimes chew a plastic bone, but all in all, I guess nothing is like what's off-limits. Any suggestions on a chew toy that will keep her interest, or on how I can at least stop her from eating the furniture? I have gone through almost an entire bottle of bitter apple, but it only works immediately ... not at all long lasting.
Also, do you guys think that the double layers of teeth are ok at 10 months? We're not due for another vet appt until october.
THANKS!
