Question Clicker training treats????

I have been using positive reinforcement (clicker) training methods with Spice. I'm curious to know if anyone else uses this method of training with their yorkies, particularly because of what treats they use. Spice is only 3.6 lbs and if you use clicker training, you know that you are only supposed to give very tiny treat pieces, to suit your dogs size, so that they don't take forever to chew and slow down the training session. Well, this is my problem...Spice will usually eat any type of treat, but it's hard to get anything cut up into very small pieces without them crumbling. I usually use hotdogs, which are the easiest to cut up into consistanly small pieces, but they are greasy and make a mess in my treat bag. Currently I am using Bil-Jac Liver Treats and Bil-Jac Gooberlicious PB Treats. She loves them, but it takes forever to cut them up into tiny pieces and then they start to crumble when you get them too small. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!!
