I try to read all posts in a thread as sometimes I find I do learn something new from someones's comment or advice.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and have difficulty reading sometimes. I usually have to avoid the posts that are one huge, long paragraph as I find I lose my place easily. I find it much easier when people break up their posts into many paragraphs.
