Can you tell us something about your jobs as a moderator on YT.

How do you become a moderator?
How many moderators are there?
Do you keep in close touch and work together?
Do you have certain "shifts" that you monitor?
How many hours do you work?
How much turnover is there? Or have you all worked here forever?
Do you usually agree - or do you even need to?

Do you have a life outside of YT??????

I think a lot of us would like to know more about you and your work as moderators.
