i feel duped by the banfield wellness plan scam. i feel i was mistreated @ banfield too. i am a first time furbaby mommy and didn't know any better. when my plan runs out i'm going to a vet in private practice. i feel my banfield vet makes me wait unreasonably long then rushes me out. i feel pressured to pay high prices for products and meds i don't need. the staff is always new and not knowledgeable. my baby went in to have some teeth extractions and a cleaning. i was promised if i was the first to arrive he would be out in no time. we arrived @ 830 am the first b4 they opened and my baby sat drugged up in a crate all day. they didn't do his procedure until late in the afternoon. when i called to check on him they acted annoyed. when i picked him up he was totally over drugged. i wooried he was going to die. i sat with him all nite worried sick. * we had another problem with his rabies shot. it gave him a bald spot and they said it was an infection or ringworm. they made me get all kinds of tests and meds he didn't need. when i went for a second opinion they said it was common for terriers to get a bald spot from rabies shots and the other vet should have known better. now, that i saw the post from the ex-banfield employee i understand.
