Poor baby!!! One of my pet peeves is when a groomer cuts the nail's quick, it hurts them and they become scared of you cutting their nails again. That is a weird cut, I think the groomer needs alot more training. Regardless, your girl is still very adorable. If I were you I woud take her to another groomer to fix the hair cut. Because of the way it is cut, I think it would be hard to fix unless you knew what to do and have experience correcting such haircuts.
