I noticed she takes paypal, did you pay her through paypal? If you did you can file a complaint, report the site to SPCA or AKC and the BBB add this breeder to the list, email her letting them know that you are seeking legal advice or are filing a complaint! sorry to here this.. how is your baby doing now?
