I'm sure some of you have heard about Mercy, the dog that was stabbed and then set on fire...well, they caught they guy and is being charged with torture not cruelty...torture can carry a sentice of up to 10 years in prison, cruelty for up to 2 years. Anyway, there is a petition to get the maximum sentence. Please sign it:

I was checking other petitions on the site and saw this one..this one is terrible...I can't believe what our world is coming to...but you need to know and sign this petition!!!!!!
