I am not going to comment on this article because I think many facts are missing but what I am going to tell you is that where I live anyone can drop off their animal at animal control and pay $$$ to have their perfectly healthy or elderly dog euthanized and no one can do anything about it. These people for what ever reason don't want the dog adopted by anyone else. Luckily we were allowed to steal some of these Yorkies out. Was this wrong?
