I would go to the vet for a checkup she easily could have coccida or gardia. Even if she wasn't feeling bad you should always take a new puppy to the vet for a check up within 72 hours. I don't know if you have a contract with the breeder or not but in most cases this is a requirement if there is a problem down the road.
