First - little puppies do sleep "most of the time."
And - a little puppy may throw up occasionally for no good reason. Our little babies do the same thing - occasionally spit up all over us...
Some of this might be due to just picking them up and handling them, etc. Or they may get their little tummys too full.
Is your puppy still throwing up? Keep an eye on it. If it does continue, you may want to go to the vet, but if your pup seems happy, is going to the bathroom, and is playful, you might want to just watch it for a while longer.
