Animal Smiley 019 flea solutions

Hello!

I have recently had similar problems so I can share with you the solution that worked for me. My vet also told me not to worry about flea treatment since we live in the city...boy was he wrong. As soon as the weather turned nice we started going for walks around our neighborhood (strictly on the sidewalk) and Syd managed to pick up the worst case of fleas I have ever seen.

I bought some Frontline...and she seemed to improve...but not completely.

Anyway to make a long story short...we now use Frontline once a month, bathe weekly with flea and tick shampoo, and monthly I treat my carpet and furnature with Raid Flea and Tick killer. (by the way the Raid is safe if you do one room at a time and keep them out of the room for about 5 hours after spraying, or until the smell goes away.)

Even with all of this she still gets an ocassional flea that lives for a few hours before this arsanal of killers gets to it.

Good luck with your flea problem
