[Emmy]

I've noticed that Emmy has been itching ans scratching a lot recently. No fleas or anything of that sort, but I notice that her skin is looking dry! We use a hypoallergenic puppy shampoo once a week when she gets a bath and a little bit of Panteen Pro V conditioner (as told by the breeder to keep her suppppppeeerrr soft). I'm wondering if it's the conditioner that's drying her out, or what? Any suggestions on shampoos or any remedies on dry skin?!
