I would not worry about the 2 males fighting if you got them neutered. My boys (except for certain toys) get along great. It is sad this woman even though about getting a puppy but what is done is done and what you could do is take the puppy and if it doesn't work down the road rehome him. I know that this is a little wrong but if it makes this woman feel good to think her puppy is with you then so be it. I know it would be extra work but I have 10 so to me 4 is very doable.
