Wow...my kids definitely would not have liked that!! Here you can get your provisional dl at 15, it just has to be 6 months after you get your permit, but we didn't let our boys do that, they had to wait until they were 16. I wouldn't like it either, cause once you have one that drives, it sure helps a lot!!
