Honestly you will be better off trying to get at her by complaining to the BBB and maybe small claims court. Several years back I had some serious issues with a Shih Tzu puppy that I bought from a breeder. I contacted the AKC and they didn't do a thing. The told me that they only monitor breeding lines for confirmation etc...not deal with health issues and so on..I was really peeved with their response. They did nothing and this lady was on their list of breeders...so go figure.
I hope your baby gets better and I am sorry that you are going thru this. I was there several years ago and it was no fun.
Did you purchase the pup via cash or credit card? I had paid by credit card and it gave me some leeway in fighting her.
