i was in the same situation and they cannot fire u under fmla but you have to make sure when you go back to work you dont do anything wrong b/c they will be watching you. my friend now is on her 2nd fmla due to stress from work...she has been out for 6 weeks she knows when she goes back to work she is going to be terminated so she has been hustling and looking for a new job. i left my work due to stress, i was a claims adjuster and on paxil due to panic attacks. it is very horrible going thru panic attacks and my meds have helped me. i am still on them....unsure when i will get off
