I ordered some dog bows once and the lady didn't answer my emails, but come to find out her family were victim of Katrina, I felt so bad I told her keep my money and good luck to you. I was actually hoping nothing terrible had happen to Shana/Tinkerbell closet since my emails weren't responsed too.
I consider myself a patient person with just a bit of communication is given back to me. I don't care if it takes her 4 weeks to make my things because my lil' Sweet Pea is not fond of clothes, I just wanted a little communication.
