I receive many emails daily and try to answer them as quickly as possible. I also personally handmake many of my products and they are made once they are ordered in the order that they are received in. For this reason I have it stated on my website to allow 1-3 weeks to receive your order. I try to get them out as soon as possible of course, and it is my personal goal to have them out and in my customers hands in less than 2 weeks but when I get a large amount of orders in it may take closer to the 3 weeks to receive your item and this is why it is stated on the website to possibly allow this much time. And any time it takes 3 weeks or if I have a problem and a order is late I always compensate my customers wether it be with a gift certificate or free gift.
