The older she gets the longer she will also be able to hold it, so she won't need to go as often while you are gone!! I would put two peepads together and create a bigger area for her to go on. Sailor will use a pee pad a couple of times before she thinks they are too dirty, but they both will wait to poop until we get home and can go outside!! Try really working with her the next couple of weeks, before you go back to work and she will eventually figure it out...but don't expect perfection from her right away!!
