A couple of things
1. What are you feeding him? If corn is one of the 1st ingredients this could be part of the problem
2. What shampoo are you using? Oatmeal shampoo helps with itching
3. I WOULD NOT use peanut oil (Salmon Oil, Olive Oil, Missing Link-Omega 3)
P.S. I am not a believer of a Yorkie wearing a collar - to much damage can be done to their trachia.
