THis happened to us just 4 weeks ago. My Gizzie was just 7. I just don't understand -is this kidney failure common with Yorkies. Gizzie was so sick. The vet showed us the numbers that came back from the blood test. They were just off the scale for kidney failure.
I am sorry anyone has to go through this. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. The only thing I can say is what my vet just wrote in a card to us..."you precious dog knows you loved him" and that is what is most important.
