Job #2: slightly lower level, lotta responsibilities but less than job#1, pay is slightly less than the other, full benefits, stability (full time employee)

Both jobs are lead positions in their respective areas and career level jobs.

i'm curious to see how others weigh out the two options.

I'd go for Job #2.
