Hi Guys!

I'm trying to learn how to completely groom my boys at home.

Had a bad experience with an eye injury at the groomer's.

Plus, it's so traumatic for them and for me!!!

How do you properly trim the beard (short) without getting that "choppy" look?

Do I leave the outside hair alone until I cut the "inside", and then make the outside just slightly longer??

I have heard groomers use a thinning shear on the beard.

Please let me know how to do this so they look neat and "professional"
