You need to write to Target about that and complain, complain, complain! They are not allowed to touch you or escort you out in that way (they can follow you and see that you leave, but not touch you) unless you're refusing to leave. I'd highly make it known you are upset about the incident. If they don't allow dogs, fine. that's they're choice. But he had NO right to touch you since you were not refusing to leave. On that note, with as much appaeral and gifts as they sale for dogs, it shouldn't be a problem to allow them there. Especially if it is a Target that does not have the grocery store included.
