I am a realtor, it is a lot of hard work , dedication and can be very stressful. It has its highs and lows. I will not kid you. When its good its great.... We are in a different market now a normalized one. If you have any questions pm me, and I will answer your concerns..

PS To answer your questions you have to take a class depending what state you live in they have different set hours. After your classes you have to pass the course and then go take the State test, which consists of what you learned in the classes. I would imagine every state is different.
