My yorkie is about 11 mos old. He had been doing kinda ok with not pottying in the house (with the occasional accident) up until recently. Now he does pretty good with not peeing inside BUT he won't poop in our yard anymore! It all began when the weather started getting nice and I started to take him on walks in our neighborhood. Now it's like he can't poop in his own yard but will poop in anyone elses. So if I don't take him on a walk, he ends up pooping in the house. It's gotten to be an everyday occurence!
And we had been doing so good! He will usually poop in the same place right by the back door which to me seems like he's trying. But I'll take him out when I KNOW he has to go and I'll stay out with him for a long time and try my best to get him to go but he just won't. It's so frustrating. Any advice?
