Oh my goodness, I would NOT want that job no WAY!! Like everyone has stated so far, you have to be at the beck and call of the buyer, and trot their fannies everywhere when it is convinient to THEM! And then when you least expect it, they switch companies on you! (Unless you tie them up with legalities and papers).
I have some really good friends who are full time realtors, and yes they do love their jobs, but yes they are exhausted by it. If you're thinking it's an easy money opportunity, think again. And there are liabilities involved as well. I think you are right to begin your research by asking this question, but you should research a LOT more before you make your final decision.
