Give them some time. We have a siamese and the first night she was curious but didn't do much to him. The second day on she was mean as hell...she was hissing so bad that I had to check if we had another dog around. Just let them be but monitor if your kittys are not declawed. After three or four days April accepted him and they are pals now. She plays with him non-stop and if she gets tired she runs off to the basement or the second floor of the house where he is not allowed to roam as yet.
Good luck and just let them be. It will work itself out.
