After high school not sure what I wanted to do,, college or what... so I took the real estate classes, and took the test and passed! Surprised me, cause all these " Adults" were telling me how hard it was and they failed, etc. And I passed, It is very expensive to get started in, all the fees,and advertising things you need, I was gonna need about 2,000 to just get what I needed, plus then ( dont know abt know) a Broker had to sponser you to be able to take the test, saying you would work there. I worked for him about 1 year in the office, since I knew how it worked.. But in my area there are SO many realtors it is just cut throat,,so I opted not to further my Real Estate license and let it expire. Good Luck, it's exciting, but long hours,(nights and weekends) and and a lot of work, but a lot of money to be made, if ya work at it.
