My next door neighbors 9 year old son is making me nuts. I have talked to his Mom but it doesn't seem to do any good.

Whenever they are in the front playing he will call Mellie and encourage her to go under the fence. I have talked to him about how dangerous it is for her to be in the front yard and even if they are with her all it takes is one second for her to get hit by a car.

I blocked up the spot she could get out.

Yesterday I was in the yard and he was calling Mellie by the back of our fence. Turns out he dug a whole for Mac and Mellie to crawl under. I have told him if he wants to come and play with them in the backyard just ask. I tried talking to his Mom but she really didn't seem to care.

I can't go through this all summer any suggestions?
