Reminds me of a story: (doesn't everything)
I used to work with a girl and she would always complain because my District Managers were always sending me stuff. They'd send flowers, candy, little gifts, always thanking me for what I did to help them. Well Debbie was always complaining because no one ever sent her anything. (and believe me, her customer service skills were way beyond mine!) Anyway, Deb went on vacation so I covered her project while she was gone. The day she came back I stopped and bought myself some flowers. Then I put them on my desk with a note saying "Thanks for all of your help in Debbie's absence" and signed one of her managers names to the card. When she came in she was saying "Oh what beautiful flowers, who are they from?" when she read the card she about blew a gasket. She was like "That SOB, I help him out, I go out of my way for him all of the time, and he's never sent me ANYTHING" I was hysterical! After her little tirade I told her the truth. she wanted to kill me! That was one of my favorite practical jokes at work. I've done many others!
