Does sebastain keep his little horns on ? lol There is a strap but I tie it as far as it can go and it's way too big for his little head.His head is really little. If I grab his head from temple to temple its about the size of a lemon! So imagine how little his head is .lol I think his entire head is about the size of a small tangerine .
I think he would probably wear a costume that is a shirt or something like that .
