My boss is clueless, usually his wife reminds him. Obvioulsy that hasn't happened today.
Earlier I called an Ins. co, for a customer.. and there was no answer, and the customer said " well it's Wed. maybe they are closed." I said " maybe they closed so his secretary could have a day off paid!" NO COMMENT around here on that one...
