I've got two harness dresses from Connie>
It's A Dog's World . These are adorable; not too froofy - just a hint at being a dress - and functional! I've paid waaaaayyyy more for a dress that Abbie hates (she pulls and picks at it) from the specialty shop in town, and she doesn't seem to mind wearing Connie's creations. With the harness dress (or, vest) one doesn't need to worry about a collar or regular harness harming the delicate trachea of our furfriends; aaaaaaand, one doesn't have to cover the dress ya paid for with another step-in harness.

I haven't been in Target's in ages; but, are they selling food, now? I know lots of places have really cracked down on people bringing in their dogs, because of health codes. Funny - one reason I wanted a small 'lap dog' was to take her everywhere with me. Now, I find it hard to find places I can comfortably even smuggle her in. One of my dearest friends tells me that in Europe, people can take small dogs just about anywhere - as long as they are well behaved and contained. When they lived in France and Italy, 'Annie' would go to favorite restaurants with them - sitting quietly (of course) in her little bag.
